Day 6: Get to Know AscentUP

Today, you'll start to familiarize yourself with our non-Bridge Program products.

AscentUP Training is our "Accelerate" program. It's ~5-7 hours of training and it's all of our "how to succeed on the job" materials. It's optional for all Ascent New Hires but it's something we require on our team. It's a great framework to understand how we work as a team and what our expectations are.

Your primary focus for today is to:
 Begin Learning About AscentUP (AUP)

Start Your AscentUP Training!

Day 7: Product Familiarization - Accelerate, College, Bootcamp, and Amplify

Today, you'll get the chance to check out some of our other experiences.

College Experience: Currently Live
Micro-Courses: Currently Live
Amplify Learning Path: Currently Live
Bootcamp Experience: Not Yet Live

"Accelerate" is assigned as optional to all new hires. It's great because it provides some professional basics while also giving you a sense of what we offer and how users experience our product.

Amplify will look similar to Accelerate - the primary difference is that there are some additional courses that cover "how to get a job" - this path is live with commercial partners and we are piloting it with some bootcamp partners.

Day 8: Diving Deep on Intake, Pt. 2

Next up, learn more about the intake process by meeting with Scott and Felicia and diving into a curated set of Intake recordings. We've provided timestamps with learning moments, so you can familiarize yourself with our learners and common situations you might be faced with on the job.

Additionally, you can take a look at the Intake form that you will use while piloting intake calls, as well as our D850 Matching Workbook, which we currently use to organize the administration of matching project teams.

We'll also work together to start building your unique intake link!

Then we'll start to look at your goals over the next 30, 60, and 90 days.

This is where the rubber starts to meet the road...yay!
