Day 8: Product Familiarization - Accelerate, College, Bootcamp, and Amplify

Today, you'll get the chance to check out some of our other experiences.

College Experience: Currently Live
Micro-Courses: Currently Live
Amplify Learning Path: Currently Live
Bootcamp Experience: Currently Live

"Accelerate" is assigned as optional to all new hires. It's great because it provides some professional basics while also giving you a sense of what we offer and how users experience our product.

Amplify will look similar to Accelerate - the primary difference is that there are some additional courses that cover "how to get a job" - this path is live with commercial partners and we are piloting it with some bootcamp partners.

Day 9: Diving Deep on Intake, Pt. 1*

To begin, you can review our "AscentUP Matching Process" guide. While this is a living document, it will cover:

• Goals and procedures for Intake Calls
• An outline of the Intake Call w/ scripts
• FAQ Learner questions and coaching moments
• Resources and more!

Also carve out some time to review a doc I share with everyone I work with called "
Things to Know About Working with Andrea." It may be helpful to review it before we meet for 1x1 this week so you can ask questions and bring some of your own things to share about working with you!

Day 6: Complete HR Training + Get to Know the AscentUP Bridge Program

The AscentUP Bridge Program is our #1 priority and focus as a team right now: this is the program that you'll primarily work with.

Before any learners can book an intake meeting, they are required to complete the AscentUP Professional Skills Training path linked to the right. As our primary person liaising with employers, it's essential that you're familiar with this learning path so you can discuss its benefits with employers.

Your primary focus for today is to:
 Complete Mandatory HR Training Modules
Begin Learning About the AscentUP Bridge Program

Start Your AscentUP Professional Skills Training!

NOTE: We want your feedback on this -- totally unfiltered. We are always tweaking and improving the training -- please let us know if you see opportunities for improvement along the way!

Day 7: AscentUP Product Familiarization

Today, you'll start to familiarize yourself with our non-Bridge Program products.

AscentUP Training is our "Accelerate" program. It's ~5-7 hours of training and it's all of our "how to succeed on the job" materials. It's optional for all Ascent New Hires but it's something we require on our team. It's a great framework to understand how we work as a team and what our expectations are.

Your primary focus for today is to:
 Continue Learning About AscentUP (AUP)
