You should be having lunch with Avery, our Product Engineer and later in the afternoon, you'll have the opportunity to meet Scott, AscentUP's Senior Learning Designer.

Today, you'll start to familiarize yourself with the whole team and our products. You should start to wrap up any HR trainings you've been assigned so you can shift focus next week to all things AUP!

Day 5: Product Familiarization - Accelerate
Today, you'll work through some AscentUP Training. This training path is assigned as optional to all new hires. It's great because it provides some professional basics while also giving you a sense of what we offer and how users experience our product.

Day 6: Product Familiarization - AUP Bridge Program
The AscentUP Bridge Program is our #1 priority and focus as a team right now. This is formerly our "AscentUP Internship Program" and we are getting ready to relaunch the program in the next couple of weeks - implementing learnings from our pilot program in spring/summer.
Most of this is currently under construction so it may look incomplete or feel very different than the UX you've experiences so far.

We are only about a year old and we didn't even land on the program name of AscentUP until a handful of months ago. Our brand and marketing assets have gone through a handful of iterations as we've been evolving.
These resources are meant to be a jumping off point to give you a sense of our evolution and where we are today.

You've made it through week two!
Today, we'll start to wrap up onboarding and build familiarity with some of our tools and systems. You've already been directed to some of the systems we use so you've seen them but today is your chance to just explore.
Then we'll start to look at your goals over the next 30, 60, and 90 days.
